I like frog legs. However, in my experience, they are either outstanding or they taste like a back water swamp. I've never cooked them myself and I'm guessing it all depends on the preparation.

Our Food Lion had snow crab legs on sale a couple weeks ago for $7.99 a pound. I picked up about 10 pounds of them. Looking to have a great seafood dinner soon.

Squid is good for one thing only. Bait. Nothing else. Nada, zilch.

I love seafood; haddock, halibut, soft shell crabs, clams, shrimp, scallops, calamari, lobster, etc. Fresh blowfish tails are the chicken of the sea. There are some fish like pollock, mackerel, bluefish, stripers that I don't care for. To me, there is a world of difference with seafood as to how fresh it is.Fresh seafood, as along the coast from Maine to Florida is outstanding. I like steak and veal cutlet, but seafood is my favorite
