My hens lay brown, blue, green and teal eggs. I might go crazy next year and buy a couple that lay white.

I get both but most layers do not lay white eggs in the catalogs I have seen.

Mostly brown eggs in the country here. Some blues and greens. Very few whites outside of the commercial brands in the stores.

We have chickens that lay both, but when they are on a down turn. I buy white eggs because they are 88 cents a dozen

We get both. Have to say the white eggs have crumblier shells. If you’re picking shell out of eggs it’s generally a white one.

If the hens don't get enough calcium they will lay thin shelled eggs regardless of the color.

It matters not, the color of the egg. The color is determined by the variety of chicken that laid it.

All shades of brown and a few green/blue eggs from our birds. I only remember one hen that laid white eggs and I don't remember what kind she was.

We buy our eggs from a young lady who has a flock locally. They are always about a 50/50 mix.

White eggs, does that make me racist?
