I was reading somewhere a while back about a new drone that we were testing that was more like a regular plane than the drones were currently know about. One main difference this jewel could fly as high as the Blackbird, while still delivering its package very accurately on the ground.
There has also been talk over the last couple of years about the new more powerful and deadly laser that was being tested both on ships and aircraft. So if you put both conspiracies together... we might have the answer to who did what to who, where and when ... I recently read about a powerful laser our middle east ally has been working on.
