Wild_Idaho OP trapper Joined: Feb 2018 Posts: 4,103 Bonner County, Idaho	Sent in a Hornady decapping die that I had beat on getting a case unstuck and damaged the pin to them to be replaced. They said to include a $10 check with it. Well today I got an email from them that it was being shipped back to me repaired and they were not going to cash my check. $0 cost to me. THIS, is customer service. Real name Eric The sharpest hammer in the box of crayons.

Jasper69 trapper J Joined: Jun 2019 Posts: 180 Utah	I just broke the expander ball off my 6.5 creedmoor sizing die. Called Hornady and the lady sent me the replacement parts free of charge. Very good service. The fact that I had sent the registration card in helped. And I usually don't do that.

They keep introducing new tools and tool designs to help us make better handloads. The bullet comparator and OAL gauge are examples. Also, Hornady makes a micrometer adjust seating stem that can be used in any of their standard bullet seating dies. The other mfgs have micrometer seating dies but you have to buy one for each cartridge you reload. For that reason alone I now buy only Hornady dies.
