I think if you had the right tooling it wouldn’t be too hard to bend some up. Getting them to spec might be a pain in the rear...
I mean no offense but are you under funded for trapping? How did you get into trapping? How old are you? Do you work? If you are in school how are your grades? You can pm me if you’d like to keep any answers private.

Used ones are cheap. I wouldn't bother with making them.

Used wire stretchers should be easy to find at your state convention. And should be very reasonably priced.

Maybe be he just likes the reward of making things on your own and actually using them?

Made them years ago there not hard if you can find some surplus power line wire, the stuff I used was some that was replaced along a section and given away for the asking, then it was just a matter of shaping and cutting to size

All of them got remade into wood and wire hybrid stretchers years ago

I've made a lot of wooden stretchers but not wire.
I'd think the hardest part would be finding wire that had the right qualities to hold its form, spring type wire.

I want stretchers (wood or wire) for yote, red fox, gray fox, muskrat, make mink, female mink, raccoon, possum, skunk. I’m also pretty sure coon skunk and possum go on the same size.

You will probably need 2 sizes of wire stretchers for Raccoon. Possums and skunks can go on the smaller size Raccoon stretchers. Raccoons are not “one size fits all”.

Depending on your time and equipment you may want to look at making wooden stretchers and market at conventions when they open up or sell locally.

You can make wood stretchers from cedar fence boards pretty cheap. Take and rip long ways to make adjustable stretchers or biscut join and glue 2 boards together for solids. You want to sticker the boards and make sure they are dried before you use them and go through the pile at the lumber yard to get ones that aren't warped or have knots at the wrong places.

Most dimensional lumber you buy In the lumber yard Is going to be too thick. So you going to have to have It milled down to the right thickness.
