An old man was driving with a trailer on behind when he gets T-boned by a semi at an intersection. The trailer which carried the old mans prize mule goes into the ditch on one side and the old man and the truck goes in the ditch on the other side. Months later in court the attorney for the insurance company of the trucking firm ask the old man, didn't you tell the officer at the scene that you were ok. Well yes but, the lawyer yells, this is a yes and no question. Again the lawyer ask, didn't you tell the officer at the scene you were were ok. Yes but, again the lawyer yells this is a yes or no question. The third time the same thing. The judge intervenes and says, I would like to hear what he has to say. The old man says he and his mule named Precious was going through the intersection when the semi came flying thru and t-boned them. Precious went in one ditch and I went in the other. She was carrying on awful and I wasn't able to crawl to her. When the officer arrived he came to Precious first and took out his revolver and shot her then he came over to me and asked, Are you ok, to which I replied Yes. Now what would you have said?
