The jewrey makes me think it would be for hanging over a cat set but I could be wrong. Actually your lure stumps me. Obviously for a toothy fish with that wire leader. I tried researching bagley, Berkeley, bang o, and all the other "b" lure makers I could think of. This one you have might be a homemade that someone stamped with their letter but who knows.
