Yes, been registered since 1975, and nobody had to remind me to do it!

First President I voted for was Ronald Reagan, and it has been all down hill from there. Unlike most here, I have been part of campaigns and actually accomplished the necessary work to get people elected. Politicians just do not show up in the media you watch and listen to by miracle. I'm one of the people to blame for Donald Trump. That is a most interesting and intriguing story in the work which swung Michigan, Pennsylvania and other swing states. You owe everything to a very few people in the Trump supporters who got the Catholics and Evangelicals out where it mattered.
Donald Trump had absolutely no ground game in 2016. He frustrated a number of people. There is a huge problem in 2020, in a select few are more interested in selling your data they are collecting and getting rich, than in working for the re election.
What you think you are voting for, is not what the next four years will be.

Yes.

I got myself a seniors' GPS.
Not only does it tell me how to get to my destination,
it tells me why I wanted to go there.

I had a draft card when there was a draft. My birthday was #5 but I had already joined the CG Reserve.

As for voting, had to be 21 whenI came along. Haven’t missed yet.

Ofcourse, if you want to have a voice other than social media and one that actually matters voting is the tool besides I find it to be dishonoring to the men and women who died for our freedom to live in a country that let's us vote not to.

Fair enough. I didn't realize there were states that held them that late in the year. Color me informed now.

Yes I am registered. Did not turn 21 until December 1968 so missed that election. I have voted in every election since and all the primary and local ones at that.

While traveling in India in 2008 I was impressed to here that they have 70-75% turn out for local elections and over 95% for national elections. They have their voting done on a Sunday. They also have over 20 political parties which makes for a vibrant and noisy democracy.
