that couple in st louis has a right to a jury and i hope they exorcise that right. around here anything taken as evidence never gets returned. i think that is becoming very common. they should have refused to hand over firearms

Our governor said he would pardon any and all charges they were convicted of. They did not commit a crime. If they would have been some minority group, or rainbow chasing Daisy hugging queers, the media would have praised them for being so brave. The media and Democrats just keep pouring stupid into the water, and it seems like more people are lining up to drink it.

Most folks talk a good talk about freedom but if push came to shove I imagine that many of them would value their life/possessions more than freedom and kneel. Just look at how many cops knelt and followed orders to let people riot/burn/assault....those same cops will take orders to come and get your guns but most folks will just turn them in.

That couple in Saint Louis is a perfect example, MO has the strongest stand your ground laws in the county, from my understanding they would have been in their right to shoot these people as soon as they came or even attempted to come onto their property, not to mention the pistol the lady had was inoperable until the DA had the crime lab dissembled and reassembled it properly to test fire it, which is tampering with evidence

By the way it’s my understanding that MO has those strong self defense laws because they were originally enacted to protect blacks from violence and being disarmed
