Boomers may have found a new normal, as soon as the bars opened here millennials and gen Z were straight back to it. From my observations the different generations are treating this very differently.

Everything is always in flux. Not sure there's ever a "normal". Every generation of people has their own normal until change creates change.

Was talking to a guy last week about how all this nonsense is effecting the hunting, fishing, and trapping businesses ( along with almost every business.) He proceeded to tell me that this is the new "normal," and to deal with it. All I know is that if this new normal goes on much longer a lot of companies are going to go under and most of them wont even try to open again in the future. The tourism sector in my area brings more money into the Territory than any other sector. We are basically dead in the water right now. This has a huge impact on many other businesses. Those include grocery stores, gas stations, hotels, airlines, and on and on. We are lucky and dont owe any money so we can ride it out, many others cant. The landscape is going to look much different when the dust settles thats for sure, and all these outfitters that have lost a years worth of business are going to be forced to raise their prices in the future if they want to stay solvent.

If Trump wins, the DemoRats strongholds will push Covid as long as possible just to punish the citizenry. If Biden wins, this will be over November 4th and we won't hear anything other than how creepy uncle Joe single handedly researched, and ended the virus in his basement.

The medical college (UAMS) in Arkansas says our peak will be November 14th. Lol.

That's what they want. That will be more people depending on the government. Only large corporations will survive and rule. We're headed to socialism.

I bet if the democrats get back into office, Covid-19 will be a thing of the past. Now days normal is just a setting on a washing machine.....

NEW NORMAL is an unAmerican play on words started and used by the media. Like ASSAULT WEAPON, or SATURDAY NIGHT SPECIAL. Has no real meaning to describe something until the masses hear it enough and start using the words and then it is accepted to describe an adjective instead of a noun. There is nothing normal about what is going on. Just like the masses now have complied to wearing face masks to cure a fear pandemic. Masks have little effect on viruses. Now the face mask police have found a new method of taking in revenue and controlling people with fear. Not fear of getting the flu but fear of being fined. The face mask police are just self appointed law/rule makers that have found a way to empower themselves without the vote of the people. Now the sheep followers are turning in their fellow men and taking pictures of non compliance to gain reward. This action is right out of the Nazi handbook. You get fined for not wearing a face mask but it is O.K. and even promoted by some elected officials to burn down buildings, destroy historical monuments, rob and pillage.. Odd how every one of these elected officials is a Democrat, and every city and state that is burning down has been run by Democrat influence for years. IMO every one of theses riots could be stopped by police armed with shotguns and bird shot and used, not just a threat to be used. If the bird shot didn't work, one could move up to buckshot and fire trucks to clean up afterwards. Wouldn't take long and fewer lives lost than what has already been lost. Word gets around fast. This would take care of the terrorist in the streets. Then one would need to go to the top and eliminate the true instigators and the ones funding the start of it all. I am guessing Soros and Obama would be found there and who knows who else. Bet someone already knows.
To ask how long this pandemic will last, you will need to ask politicians not doctors.

Our company has gone off the deep end as well. We now have to log into an app and fill out 5 questions every morning before work which includes taking our own temperature to get a “pass” to work that day. We now will be required to wear mask at our work center and customers dwellings. Plan on ordering me a Trump and American flag mask just so someone will say something. Their exact words were “face covering.”
