C'mon now, you bunch of pikers! Huckleberry fattened black bear roasts are out of this world, as are bighorn ewe ribs. Moose burgers are terrific, and as others have said, blue grouse. For those of you that said ducks, you're joking, right?? I'd rather eat the feathers and the bill than the meat! Sorry but I do like Duck and Geese
