Not anything I'm looking for but they'll be nice to look at this fall. Still got time to grow but don't see them getting big enough to get me excited.

Seen a buck about the same size as you have posted lat nigh in my hay field. Not that it's a huge buck but the fact that there hasn't been a decent buck on this property for years. The previous owner shot everyone he seen and left them to rot. No one did anything or even seemed to care. Been here 5 years now and it's nice to see them finally come back. I'm a meat hunter and prefer a nice dry doe or young buck, but I really enjoy seeing a nice buck work the fields!

The younger one on the left is probably a little more tender, but i hear they've got a fishier meat than say an oil or hawk.

You might understand if you new this one was there last year and a month earlier in the season. I pretty sure that the neighbor next door shot this one and another big one last year with a gun , he started gun Hunting the weekend before gun season opened. I was not happy.

They were fighting over some beaver carcasses. I had as many as 4 in the same shot at one time. The camera was set up to take a photo then a video clip so I thought I might have a good fight video, but no such luck.
