I joined at 13 yrs old when I needed to get some used traps. This community has fueled my passion/lifestyle for the outdoors that I couldn’t get from TV or a magazine at that age. I know my parents appreciated this unspoken guidance I received while growing up from this forum.

Seen a lot of people come and go over the last 20 years here. Lost some pretty good people too, Lewis Quarles, Hawkeye, Jonathon, etc. Does anyone know what ever happened to Neil from North Carolina. He was one of the originals as well.

Join dates are only for this edition of Tman. Everything was lost in the crash of 2006. I’ve been here since 2002. Maybe earlier. Lots of folks have come and gone in those 18 years.

Heck - many of the folks posting now were still on diapers

Some wild times!

Hope you all are doing well.

Don't you look at the join dates under the name when someone posts?

The joined dates are not accurate. There were two site crashes after I joined, and we had to re-register both times, as I recall.

Most of the folks registered in December 2006 or shortly thereafter were here pre-crash.

I joined this site about the same time I joined HuntingPA and it says I've been a member there since January 2002.

I've been here 11 years since back in May.

2 crashes since i joined .
Latest join date is 01/27/08 08:14 PM.
Lots of incredible info shared back then.
Things seem a little more political now.
I too enjoyed Buckne , Leroy , all the others.

Yeah I’ve been around T-Man since about 2005. Survived a few crashes. Werent the first 20 registrations auctioned off after the last crash? I’d like to reconnect with some of my old T-Man brethren.

We havent had a measurable rain in a month, but with that said our crops look Okay, another 10 days of heat and no rain will make it start to go downhill fast.

How’s retirement?

Been here awhile since just before the Pentium 90 was launched. Used to cringe if anyone posted a picture as was on dial up. Yep I am getting old.

Retirement is great, the time flies by, it is over 10 years now and it seems like yesterday. It is dry in my area too, there is a corn field in my back yard and surprisingly it really looks good yet. But like you said, if we soon don't get rain it will go down hill fast. If they do play football this season the Hawkeyes will be coming to PA this fall. Should be a good game.
