So I kept some coon hides from last season to experiment with, they ain't worth anything really so I'm trying to figure out different ways to tan them. I was thinking about using a heat gun on one after I fleshed it to see if that would speed up the drying process any one have thoughts besides not burning the hair

When I was a teenager, I used a hairdryer without heat to speed things up doing taxidermy, then an old trapper showed me how to make a tumbler.
