I was referring to his name being banned. It was an anti NTA issue that caused his physical ban. It's always been my policy that trapping organizations are not to be ridiculed.

Joined I believe in 2008 around the time of the NTA in Lima, Ohio where I met a lot of Trapperman members. Guys like P Skinny, Blueridge trapper, zagman,Phil Brown,Freak and a lot more. A bunch of good dudes. I helped Jim Blakely at his pocket popper booth at that convention. Went to the Trapperman feed. Been checking the forum just about daily since I suppose. Sucks our markets are so bad that interest is lower than I’ve seen it.

Bob had his own taste of a slander lawsuit threat by NTA's former consultant. I don't think anything ever came of it.

If Paul banned people for having unpopular opinions, then why am I still here?

Speaking of Lima, who was the guy from KY who did a lot of the cooking for the Tman feed?

Sadly, Ed passed away a few years ago.

I named him P-Skinny we had had a lot of great banter. Great guy. Lucky to have gotten to meet him at a convention he attended with Newt. Marshfield I believe.

There was a post on here about it and I tried to find it but can't. Guess it was too long ago now. I believe it was a heart attack.

Anyone remember KYBOY, CJtraps?

I sure do miss ol' hawkeye, texas wolfer and yancy. Guess that the draw back of getting older, you lose a lot of good friends.

I remember some of the lengthy and very trapper related and detailed threads and posts that WilyE used to contribute too. Lot of knowledge shared in those threads.

I trapped with Mark and Paula Evans(Wolfer and Lady Sky) in Missouri.Mark is another one that left us to soon.
Jackie(Jtrapper) had me come down and set up at the Alabama convention several years ago.
Spent many hours on the old chat with them and many others.

reading some of these posts I am afraid I miscalled a few.. LOL It was wilyE I was thinking of instead of wilycoyote.
My memory sucks now a days. Many of those mentioned I had forgotten about.

Either way, there has been a lot of memories for me from this place. Most good, some sad.

Ole hawkeye is one I really miss. He and I talked quite a bit on another forum and I learned a lot from him.

I was hoping to some day meet and hunt yotes with the fella from Oklahoma. Boone ????? I have no idea what ever happened to him. I hope he is well.

There was another also. Big time yote hunter. Not sure where he was from. I believe he posted most days from Irag. I asked him one time via PM about meeting up and he said sure, "just let me get back home from here first" Sadly I can't recall his name either.
