The I-35W bridge at Minneapolis, Minnesota, collapsed into the Mississippi River during evening rush hour, killing 13 people and injuring 145.

Buddy of mine went over that bridge about an hr and a half before it went down with a small dump truck pulling a skid steer. He was pretty shook up for a few days. Said the bridge had holes you could see through for a couple days prior in the drive lanes while the crews were working on it. Hard to believe it was 13 years ago.

Life sure is tough when you don't learn from the mistakes of others.
