Deep fried pieces of flat head coated in cornmeal and spices. Put some sweet pickles and miracle whip in the food processor for fish dip. Sliced up some tomatoes added spinach leaves and balsamic vinegar, cooked up a box of zartrains jambalaya rice. Box said add meat but we are just eating the seasoned rice. Opened a jar of apple pie filling we put up a few weeks ago and made apple pie. After supper I am going to sip on some home made wine

Those who would give up essential liberty, to purchase a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety. Benjamin Franklin (1706-1790)

Doesn’t sound bad, I had crab corn chowder, and lamb meatballs.
