Autumn olive or russian olive. They infest the power line right of ways and a lot of public hunting areas in my neck of the woods.

Definitely not Russian Olive as their fruit for one thing is not red.

It looks like Autumn Olive. Are the leaves silvery on the under side?

It looks like buffaloberry to me. The pictures are a little blurry. Are there little raised whitish bumps on the berries?

Second what botanist Keith diagnosed it as. Buffalo berry, supposed to be good for jelly, one cost me a 4 point buck as he loved to eat the fruit and Teddy Roosevelt said the grouse loved them too and their meat would turn red from all the color of the berries.
