Yes, but it should be timed to season. No late summer as that will initiate a flush of new growth that will get dinged come first frost. Also it's usually best to do two or three smaller feedings vs a one time dump. And as all things fertilizer do a soil test to determine what exactly is needed. Commercial orchards also do leaf analysis to see what the tree is and isnt taking up.
