Texas BBQ ain't no good.

BBQ beef just ain't right. The Carolinians......now they know what they're doing. You Texans should just stop what you're attempting to do and learn from the masters.

With all due respect what texicans do with beef is their business who are we to judge.
However, everyone knows the best Q runs in a band Memphis to Chattanooga due south to the gulf.

Going by what I've heard from the Texans on here, I don't think they'd know good Q if it was all over their chops.

From burnt steaks to eating mud-cats. crazy

I'd be willing to offer my services as a BBQ judge. But being from WNY my taste buds are burned out from walleye and venison.

I was way old before I learned that bbq sauce is not an ingredient, but rather a condiment. I do like a little bbq sauce myself as some meat gets dried out in the process and is hard to swallow.

Life ain't supposed to be easy.

Eastern N.C. is the best. Just ask Paul. He can settle this.
