Wife trapper W Joined: Aug 2015 Posts: 834 NE NE	sevin (carbaryl a.i.) and permethrin are very low toxic to to warm blooded species and specific to insects of many types. Both have been registered for dogs and cats. I use a harsher one in diazinon (the a.i. in many wasp sprays) mixed in a pump sprayer to get any ones flying out and around that i missed. It is a little more toxic and has some residual but dilutes and breaks down environmentally in a reasonable time frame. Not as quick as I once was so I like the misting action of a 1-1.5 gal. pump sprayer to get a flying kamikaze once in awhile....................... the mike
