In my 57 years, all in Northern Mi. I have never seen such a power hungry, vindictive, hateful governor. My drivers license expired in April, I have been trying since march to renew, looks like I am going into sept. before I can even schedule a appointment. That is small compared to the other things she has done to us, Our state is crippled due to her. So much of the state government is completely dysfunctional for the foreseeable future. She is a Demon.

I see why many are not fans of Whitmer, but it’s pretty incredible her predecessor, Snyder, who covered up and lied about the Flint water crisis received almost no blowback or hatred from MI residents who weren’t directly fed toxic water, in my experience. By contrast, blatant, hateful anti-Whitmer stuff is pretty much universal up here. That’s just the way it goes I guess.

I’m afraid you guys are right. As much as I stand against the left,I have to give credit to them. It’s a perfectly designed political plan. BLM is a political movement at this point. Anyone who stands in thier way(with factual arguments or not) is immediately labeled a racist. It’s a catch 22 for conservatives. I can only hope the silent majority can see through it. I get the fact they wish to eradicate racism. However,I’m not sure what they call racism is actually racism. Seems to me a lot of it is simply having a different opinion. That coupled with the fact that it’s impossible to eliminate it from the human race seems to point towards a pretty dark future. In short,they’re using racism to combat racism. Where’s the tolerance for my beliefs?

I have a friend who retired from government and knew how Whitmerhe behaved. He predicted this when she was elected before she even took that she was very power hungry and very vindictive and would attack any who disagreed.

I belive she still has the record for Exutive Orders. Last time I checked it was in the high 170's.

She is another one who sent elderly Covid patients back to nursing homes and then denied it. She recently took a step repeating the same mistake over again, more elderly will die in MI because of her.

Now she is on the news threatening the rural communities that they are all going to get Covid because they aren't following her orders.

Seems like we should be trying for something other than lock-downs and masks where the science is questionable at best.

the thing is when they prove that the DMV and things like that are not necessary to people safely transporting themselves and goods around the state they pull back the curtain to it being 95% or better taxation.

they just keep making themselves as government less and less valid.

when they do not arrest or prosecute thousands of people for serious property crimes , arson and assault trying not to upset the rioters , they showed that the rule of law has no real meaning to them. once they let it slip away it is gone.

some friends moved their cafe to a new location they were scheduled for a Final inspection of the kitchen and restaurant just as covid hit in March finally the first of June they got a Virtual inspection. Wait, what, if they can do Virtual inspections do we ever need in person inspections again? I trust that they are running a clean ans safe kitchen I helped them move most of their equipment from the old cafe. however how irreverent does that make the restaurant inspector.
