NTA should have been moved to SD.

Im not gonna drop names but many years ago I was paid handsomely to spend 1 week every spring in Strugis SD. I planned to hate a biker town- us cow punchers might not have much but we had our pride and it was my job to keep a pot bellied trailer full of arguably the rankest bulls in the country. We camped there between the BRO in Denver and the one in Rapid City where there was no sale barn or at least not one that could hold 55 Gunslinger, 15 Playboy, R4 Wild Red Man, RCX Alligator, 00 Wooly Bully or W1 Wild West and 5Y (SY for Shane Young) we called "Toosi (Watusi). Anyhow I prepared myself for bikers and loud az motorcicles but when I got there it was the quietest lil town in the west.
Anyone who wanted to party wasn't gonna do it there with DeadWood right up river. So I did what I do. I double dipped. I took stock contractor X's money and I fed, watered, and doctored bulls at first light, started up a catipuller or 2 and checked all the gauges and knocked every tire, and then I day waged for the vet next door or the lady what managed the western store. I mucked out a round pen for her she had kept her barrel nag / swamp donkey in all winter b/c mares like to fight and then I'd find another purdy one and flash some cash for a taxi ride up to the casinos. We'd eat a steak for about 8 bucks a plate and then squander my cash until it was gone, we got kicked out of every one in town (there were lots) or we kept winning until way to late and rushed back to the hotel to 'sleep' a little bit b4 I did it again.
I ended up missing that little town every daggum spring when we would leave for the Casper Event Center which was basically the place some woman would would try to kidnap me yr after yr LOL
Now them people tore down those wooden pens and I wouldn't spend a nickle in Strugis on principle alone.

Helmets look to be about as rare as masks. Yes, SoDak is still pro-choice there as well as Wyoming and many other states. 19 states require all ages to wear helmets, the rest require riders under a certain age to wear a helmet. Usually either 17 or 20 yrs old.
