Ditchdiver OP trapper D Joined: Jul 2016 Posts: 3,141 Michigan	I soaked a couple dozen traps in vinegar for about 1 1/2 weeks. I just pulled them out, power washed them, and now they are soaking in a baking soda/water mix. Question is- how long should I let them soak in the baking soda/water? Thanks in advance. When life gets me down..... you know hunting/trapping season is closed.

Wanna Be trapper W Joined: May 2018 Posts: 10,875 SW Georgia	Straight vinegar? Read my post on the trapping forum. 50/50 vinegar/water mix. After 2 days they’re clean. I just remove, rinse, drop them in a bucket of dawn soap for about 10-15min, then pull and rinse and ready to wax or dye/wax, or just set and do the same process next year.
