Me thinks iffn I found one of them on my place the last picture it would see is a load of 00 buck or deer slug traveling into it's lenses!!!

My Sister and her husband own land in SE Nebraska. They lease some hunting area to a party from New York State. NGPC spotted some hunting stands and blinds from an airplane and stormed the place the 2nd day of deer season. 8 wardens, from Nebraska and Kansas. Because they saw stands and blinds. They ended up writing a 15 yr old boy a ticket for sitting in a blind less than 200 yards (or whatever the law is) from a pile of corn. It is getting ridiculous. Guilty unless you can prove yourself innocent.

Gary, sounds like they spotted more than just hunting stands and blinds. They spotted the illegal bait and wrote tickets to violators hunting over bait. Seems pretty open and shut to me. Although something seems fishy about the story as there is no reason (and I really doubt there was) wardens from two different states involved unless their property is split by the state line.

I suppose they could tell from the airplane that the corn was 188 yards from the blind rather than 200 yards. The wardens stated that they were concerned at the number of stands and blinds they say. Is there a law stating how many blinds and stands one party can have?
8 wardens and office personnel from 80 miles away to write a $100 dollar ticket. Brilliant.
