Bought a new sliverado LTZ in 2014 Came with goodyear SRA radials. It was raining when I drove it home and they wouldn't take off at a red light on a small hill. Didn't even go into garage went back to dealer said "put Michelin LTX 's on it . Cost me another 600 but I never looked back.

That said, I just got some Goodyear Wrangler Fortitudes from Tire Rack that were $80 off each because they're a couple years old.

I haven't bought Goodyear in years wont ever do so again.

How long are we going to continue to let this crap go on? All the employees should walk out tomorrow and see how well they like that. This is getting absolutely ridiculous. BLM is sorta a political affiliated slogan, aren’t lgbtqrstuv people too(all lives matter).

How do we know that is an official Goodyear notice? It would be a simple enough task for anyone to photo shop something like that. And in this day and age of hate, revenge, ill will, and fake news, would not be surprising.

While I might agree, if they walk out, who’s gonna pay their bills? The vast majority of Americans live check to check whether it’s by poor judgment, management or life circumstances. Until the last 3 years, I was in the same boat. Finally figured out how stupid I was in terms of spending and made some serious changes. Now, if they could walk straight into other jobs, go for it. Frankly, idc if Goodyear burns to the ground. That’s what came on my new truck and they’re awful.

Here’s a novel idea....why don’t people there just go to work and leave all their personal expressions behind? Just concentrate on making good tires. When you punch in on a time clock, you loose your freedom to express yourself. That’s why many employers require uniforms for employees....level the field for everyone. No BLM, gay pride, MAGA, Biden, Blue Lives Matter, anti gun, etc......Nobody cares, you’re there to build tires, not to make a statement.

That is why I do not watch football, NACAR. But why do Co. bring this into the work place. JMO

you should start the counter protest in a clever way start making up shirts hats , masks GEM you can make them with a white t-shirt and a sharpie marker or you can go all out and have them screen printed get everyone who disagrees with the policies of Goodyear to wear one to work.

GEM Goodyear employees matter when they tell you that is banned or hate speech ect... tell them what it means Goodyear Employees matter so quit selling out your employees and telling them they are wrong , hateful for loving their country and wanting to see it whole and prosperous.
