dinorocks OP trapper Joined: Feb 2011 Posts: 207 Western New York	Can anyone give me some suggestions on how to get the jaw to lay flat? I tried bending the lever a couple times with no success. I have two KB-5.5’s with this issue. Thanks! "Speedy arrow, sharp and narrow" GD

Tom Fisher trapper T Joined: Jun 2008 Posts: 1,782 el vado, nm	I've never had this happen something is bent, maybe the jaw lever? Take the springs off and compare it to one that sets flat. I'am not much help, if it won't fix use it the way it is, these traps usually catch deep so covering it more should be okay.

Tim64 trapper T Joined: Jan 2013 Posts: 165 Pennsylvania	One or both of the levers are bent and needs realigned. You can straighten them easily with large channel lock pliers.
