I wonder if employers could legally require it

I don't know if it's legal or not, but where my wife works as a nurse she is required to either get a flu shot or wear a mask all during flu season. It's been that way for years.

if that doesn't either make your blood boil or run ice cold, you're not a True American!

My wife Donna asked me a sincere question as we were driving home from a super day floating down the Frio River with our youngest daughter Katie who's an RN, starting into a Nurse Practitioner program this coming week in San Antonio.

"How did our nation get to where it is now?"

That's the question of the day it would seem.

It did not happen by accident, people that crave power working a plan is how it happened.

My wife and I have already decided neither us or our kids will be getting it. If the school makes it mandatory, we will homeschool. If restaurants or any other business requires it, we will shop elsewhere.

Put a chemical in my kids bodies that was developed in a rush and then not properly tested, with unknown side effects and no real clinical trials? No. HE// no.

People are going to line up for it without question. I can't be the only one that keeps hearing "maybe by then we will have a vaccine"

and those of us on the correct side became complacent. when we stopped caring enough to be involved with our children's education, that opened the door for the socialists to teach our kids.

The flu shot is 70% effective because the 30% of the time it doesn’t work, the patient has been infected with a strain of mutated virus that came about after production of the annual vaccine. Fortunately, the Corona Virus does not mutate as quickly as its cousin the flu virus.

I am not qualified to render medical advice. Many more of us aren’t either, thus we all make assumptions about a vaccine’s failure rate before the vaccine is even developed.

When has the flu shot been 70% effective, more like 50% on a good year 35% on a bad year.

White17, because in the past it has taken years, even decades to develop vaccines, and even then the side effects are not always known for many years later. This vaccine is on rush order, the government has already authorized it to be distributed without the required amount of testing and clinicals. I think that one day this vaccine will end up on one of those commercials, “were you or a loved one given the covid 19 vaccine in 2021? You may be entitled to compensation”

The part in bold above is not accurate. Nothing has been given approval by the FDA.
Some therapeutic.treatments........have been given emergency use authorization but no vaccine has that I am aware of. Could have missed it I suppose.

Several vaccine candidates are currently in phase 2 & 3 of clinical trials. Pfizer has enrolled 30,000 patients and Johnson & Johnson has enrolled 60,000. That seems pretty significant to me.

The FDA has also said they will not approve any vaccine that does not meet safety standards and provide efficacy of at least 50% over placebo..

There are, naturally, concerns about the speed at which this is moving. That is understandable. But it seems to me that this type of effort is no different than the Manhattan Project. I think we should make similar efforts in a lot of fields.

Might I add, there are already three known treatments of meds that not a few docs, worldwide , have already been using for those who are sick, with amazing positive results....meds that have been safe, well tested for decades for other ailments , that have seen good results with China Virus patients .

I too agree on the ability to speed up research in progress in a lot of fields...


This road bump in life cannot be allowed to cripple all avenues of life to breakdown indefinitely.

First the country is in the shape it's in because we have let it happen and second what is going on with the Russian vaccine they said a week or so ago they had one and were giving it to people?

Yes that's the 'vaccine' that was tested on 76 people ! LOL

and they dont consider"glows in the dark" a side effect.

The flu shot is 70% effective against the strain of flu it was created to vaccinate against. It's overall effectiveness is lower, when the receiver is exposed to other flu strains.

I'm not scared to get vaccinated. I don't think there's likely to be some sort of nefarious plot connected to vaccinating people.
