Considering the "looting" in theft of our tax money that Nasty Pelosi has also slipped into that package, you wouldn't want to forfeit our country to implement those laws that would ruin this country in short order...long after the candy coated stimulus funding is gone. The pill in the hamburger is a big one indeed for this time around.

It would boggle your mind to see the list of horrible things she wants done that has nothing to do with helping the people in funds, and everything to do with bleeding the taxpayer to death in short order. If you think there is very little money now, just imagine what we the people would be like in a couple of years or less under that Marxist regime. Needless to say, the end of our freedom to bear arms and in protecting ourselves.

Every business in my Podunk town has help wanted signs out. Did some work for a contractor last week, said he was booked out to June 2021 and could put on two more crews but can find people that want to work. Paying $18-$20/hour to start. The king just shut down 12 businesses for not compiling with his edicts!

It would be easier to feel sorry for people not receiving tax dollars if they had actually paid their taxes.

I did not agree with the first stimulus, and I certainly don't agree with another one.

However, I don't see anyway that the Govt cannot give a second if not third stimulus. The Federal Government, Governors, and mayors shut down our economy. Many people lost jobs and those jobs don't seem to be coming back anytime soon. Its not just our country either; much of the world is facing similar economic problems. Saw on the news today that mortgage payment delinquencies are at a 10 year high. Many folks are not able to pay their rent b/c the federal and local governments told them to stay home and they would pay them.

I think the FED has gotten itself into a bad pickle this time and the folks in control of printing money know what kind of monster they have created. We think the rioting is bad now, I think it will get much worse if they don't give another stimulus.

I know one thing. In 1995 my first job I had taxes taken out I was making minimum wage at $4.25. Land prices were about $800-1000 dollar an acre for prime river bottom land, and I could fill my truck up for twelve bucks and a can of copenhagen cost around 3 dollars. You could buy a 4 piece chicken tender meal with a large drink and large fries for $3.99 at the local fried chicken place.

Now, minimum wage has only gone up to $7.25 over the past 25 years. However, land prices are now averaging $5k/acre. It costs over twice as much to fill up that same pickup. I think snuff is close to $8 dollars now and the same chicken tender meal is $9 bucks.

Things don't seem to be adding up to me, but my understanding of the FED and the economics behind it are limited. I know that an honest day's work does not seem to go near as far today as it did 25 years ago, and a lot of small business around here are struggling to keep their head's above water. Yet, billionaires like Amazon, Google, Netflix, etc are making record profits.

Seems to me like we need a lot more millionaires than billionaires or perhaps better.....a lot more $500-750K annual salary folks than continuing to make billionaires even wealthier. Trickle down economics does not seem to be working too good around here.......at least not for the little man.

What Chancy was talking about the trickle down effect. I've heard if you feed the cow , the pig eats behind her and the chicken behind the pig, and everybody is happy, atleast until the skinny cows eat the fat cows and run off to foreign lands.

And then we have " Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the LORD of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it." And that won't happen til the people meet conditions set by the author. And that's where we are at.
