I love it! Canada's version of nachos. Best I've eaten had crumbled bacon and carmelized onions on top. Dang it! Now I'm hungry and it's a while till lunch.

Absolutely worth trying! We have it about once a month for supper. When I was in high school I ate it almost everyday for lunch!
One of those things you never get sick of. I think I’m going to make it this week now!

I first had poutine when I lived in Sidney, Montana, bout 3 hours south of Canada. I can never eat it too often lol. Especially with a fried egg on top

Best cheese curd in Canada made right here in St. Albert Ontario (established 120 years ago it is the oldest French Canadian Co-operative in Ontario).
