Did just that to an arrow yesterday at 40 yards. I think I am getting this back tension thing figured out. I shot some at 50 and they were under 3 inches. I called it a day before I was out more arrows. I need to get one of them sites that I can step it back even further, maybe a max of 100 yards. That would give me something to work towards.

Sounds like you are dialed in!

Getting there. I just replaced the bus cable and figured I would give it a 100 shots or so before the final tuning. I have been working on my string hand. Sometimes I pull a little bit to the side on a shot and it goes a couple inches to the right. The back tension is working pretty good, I am always surprised at the shot. Good or bad but I am not slapping the trigger any more. I may need to increase my draw length a half inch so I quit pushing the bow forward.

Also a big plus is all the cardio-vascular exercise you are getting while retrieving arrows.

Ness, I don't have anything that nice. I do have a brownimg recurve that I just got a string for. I shot it at 10 yards and managed to hit the target every time. It is gonna take a bunch of practice for me to get any distance with it.

Who made your bow? Looks real good.
