Honestly, I have a real difficult time eating at a table where anyone is eating a runny yolk egg. Instant gag reflex just looking at it ! That ain’t runny. Runny is when you poke it and it runs. That there egg is perfect. It don’t run when you poke it, you have to pull it out. Kind of the consistency of coagulating blood.

I prefer scrambled eggs as long as they are thoroughly scrambled. Don't want to see egg whites and yolk separate or runny parts.
