Finster OP trapper Joined: Mar 2013 Posts: 17,035 Fredonia, PA.	Got the arm for my thrower today. 8 days after I called. They shipped it from Commiefornia free and didn't charge me for the part even though it was my fault and not a warrantee issue. My thrower is back up and running like a "Champion" (pun intended) . Great company to deal with. I'll be sure and but more of their products in the future with service like that! I BELIEVE IN MY GOD, MY COUNTRY AND IN MYSELF.
