Hey Y'all,

I am in the market for a high quality rechargeable flashlight. I'm looking to buy one from a reputable company with a fantastic warranty and good customer service.

Could anyone recommend one?

Streamlight

I use the Pro-Tac 2AA with rechargable batteries so I alwasy have easy access to batteries and don't have to worry about finding a specific charger cord.

had a few replaced under warranty 2 years including electronics and bezel I have no idea how cracked the glass bezzle twice

I've used and abused my streamlight strion led for more than ten years now and I bought it used. Lifetime warranty on it to boot just walk into any service center (batteries+ in this area) and they'll fix it on the spot no questions asked, mine is basically rebuilt by now, not that it's prone to break it's that I'm prone to break things. BTW I'm on my third battery (the only item not covered under warranty).
I'm sold on streamlight products.

If you're doing expensive lights you need to learn new habits. Namely something other than just whatever pocket or wherever carry. That's a recipe for lost light. Ask me how I know.
I use a paddle holster (blackhawk) base that has a light holster and double stack mag holster that fits a multitool perfectly. Light is in hand or in holster never anything else.

very true , lost 1 streamlight it stinks to loose a 40 dollar light.

you also don't borrow it to people they just don't seem to understand not a cheap flash light.

I dont have a rechargeable, but another cote for Fenix. Cheaper than streamlight, which i feel are overpriced and not as bright. I have a single AA fenix ive carried daily for years thats been through the washer and dryer sveral times and works like new. Also have a lithium powered and when used alongside the same sized streamlight, theres no comparison. Fenix is superior.

I won a rechargeable Browning hand held light in a raffle that is amazing.

I EDC a light from ATactical (or WowTac now?). It is an 'A1". It has a big USB rechargeable battery with real long life. It has been a bit since I bought it, but I remember it being under $25. It is a great little flashlight, and worth every penny.

Terrible luck with Streamlight ...wouldnt take another one of their products if it was free. Ive had at least three of them that had problems with switches. Sent them back, they fixed them, worked great for at least 2 months and then same problem. Surefire or Fenix will be my next light.

I have a couple of the wind-up units. Definitely something you would not want to carry, and don't last long, but the Grandkids like it around the house. laugh
