Well done. I see a lot of those things in parks yards around here.

Jealous. Never connected on one properly. Congrats man.

I keep desperately hoping that one day someone will call me "Sir" without adding "please calm down" or "you're causing a scene."

I love goose hunting but have yet to have a recipe that makes them consistently taste great.

Got a favorite preparation that you could share?

Cut breasts into steaks long ways marinate in Italian dressing over night fry in oil or butter with seasoning salt and garlic powder or fresh. Dont over cook.

No gamey flavor.

Small lake. As far as recipes I don't have one. I use the pressure cooker and make goose/vegetable soup with all veggies from the garden. I only shoot a couple a year to keep my 12 year old lab happy.

SIL had a recipe with onions, green peppers, mushrooms, and a brown broth or thin gravy. Best waterfowl I ever had. I’ll ask and see if she still has it

After all those years glad she's still happy.

As for the recipes above- are you skinning or plucking?

I like to cut the breasts into steaks, cross grained, season, flour, fry in butter, eat rare. Can’t tell it from venison.
