Cut breasts into steaks long ways marinate in Italian dressing over night fry in oil or butter with seasoning salt and garlic powder or fresh. Dont over cook.
No gamey flavor.

Nice. You hunting over a field or a pond? Small lake. As far as recipes I don't have one. I use the pressure cooker and make goose/vegetable soup with all veggies from the garden. I only shoot a couple a year to keep my 12 year old lab happy.

SIL had a recipe with onions, green peppers, mushrooms, and a brown broth or thin gravy. Best waterfowl I ever had. I’ll ask and see if she still has it

soak em in buttermilk overnight,rinse in the mornin and put em in a crock pot with liptons onion soup mix and a good dose of lemon pepper seasoning.
