I'm way late to the party......but are primers about as scarce as popular ammo or is there some to be had? Everything I see says out of stock so.........

I got lucky and found 1000 bullets for 9mm and 10mm the other day....no luck with primers being either small pistol or large pistol primers.

You can use large rifle primers. Reduce your load a bit and ease back up watching for signs of high pressure.

I found large pistol primers and magnum pistol primers at a local gun store. No small pistol primers, though!

I went to the local gun shop today and be darned if he didn't have everything but the brass. It's supposed to be coming Tuesday. I spotted stuff on his bottom shelf that he said he didn't know he had. Bingo! I guess reloading isn't a big deal around here. Now all I need is the dies.

Yep plenty of shops have bricks.

I could have bought 4 bricks of lg pistol primers at our local Fleet Farm the other day. No small pistol, however.
