She is a very good listen, but unfortunately she is not highly regarded in the BLACK community (notice I capitalized it cause I was going for the majority). She has her head on straight,that is for sure, though! She's even had death threats for speaking out as she does.
We are told not to judge all Muslims by the actions of a few lunatics, but are told to judge all gunowners by the actions of a few.

I dont think people are changing their political views so much as figuring out the candidates the party is running are not anywhere near their beliefs.
Even democrats (or at least old school democrats) Believed in capitalism, free speech, the right of self defense, that America comes first. It wasn't that long ago that those things were universally accepted by everyone. There were differences between the conservatives and liberals but those things weren't part of the differences. I'm not sure how we got so far apart. Most of the democrats I know still do believe in those things, but have somehow put the blinders on, unable to recognize how far left their democrat party has gone.

I have a friend who hunts elk with us. He agrees that the majority of democrats support some form of gun control more so than the republicans. But, he always says we will never see our guns taken away because the gun lobby is too strong for that to ever happen. I think they thought that in Australia too.
