Election is contested, Trump landslide on election night but "mail in" swings Biden and it ends up in the courts. Eventually a Bush v Gore scenario in the Supreme Court. Where will Robert's stand? At first blush it looks like a Biden win with the house under democrat control. However, read the fine print. Per the Constitution each STATE DELEGATION GETS A SINGLE VOTE. Republicans hold the honor of holding the majority when counted by delegation.

The Senate races this year don't support much hope for many flips. Two that do come to mind are offsetting Jones in Alabama and Snowe in Maine. At best he holds the status quo at worst he loses a couple. I hope I'm wrong and he gains seats but I doubt it.
