Of course we all know the traitor from Utah will attack the president no matter what. It's also why it's guarateed the choice won't be Cruz or any other Senator as he can't afford to lose a single vote.

Supreme court has had to decide an election before, what happens if.its a 4-4 decision? However, when Obama nominated Garland going into the 2016 election everyone was astounded that Obama would even consider calling a new justice just prior to the election. But ramming one through could be the nail in the coffin if Biden wins to see the left adding however many justices to the SC as they think they need to secure the majority for decades.
