Just take the plunge. A $1000 will get you started. Then $87/mo minimum just to keep it going.

My phone is for getting and making calls. I dont want anything else out of it.
DONT TEXT ME. If I aint good enough to talk to. DONT BOTHER ME. The ONLY reason I have a puter. Is for my busness. IF I could do busness with out it I WOULD. The world has left me behind. And I like it that way.

I have a dumb phone, strictly use it for emergencies, $108 for a year. And I live and breath...
Let's go Brandon!

Is straight talk still a thing? It used to be 45/month for unlimited everything and you could buy an off brand “smartphone” for 75 bucks or so. Can buy service through walmart or have it automatically added every month. Yes, that's what I have. JMO, but the best deal is to buy a two to three year old flagship model (200-400) if you want the bells and whistles type phone and go with one of the pay as you go monthly plans (50ish). I guess I'm a somewhat heavy user as I do all my business from my phone. Email, invoicing, light word processing, etc. I like Samsung phones and my current is a Note 9.
