There is evidence of a partial collapse at some point but is tied off at three points with strapping. I don’t know what could be in there of so much importance it requires the lock that is on it. 2 cutting wheels and a sawzaw blade later the lock is polished but it still isn’t open. lol

some times cutting the locking hardware is a lot easier than the lock
depends what it has for the locking hardware
America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.

That would be stainless also. I did scratch it though so after I reload, I will go back to work on the hardware.
