I finally received my licenses today. What a run around. I will NEVER< NEVER< NEVER purchase another license by way of DECALS. DEC is just as bad. Efficient they are not. I wonder if I should ask for a refund for the lost fishing and hunting days when I did not get my licenses. How would DEC like it I didn't seal my furs within the ten day limit. I once heard some pretty nasty threats from a biologist in that regard.

ANYTHING the NY DEC does will end up in a cluster .... , forget about de-funding the police, I say they should de-fund the DEC!
