Have you seen it on Netflix? It’s about the fire in Paradise, California in 2018. 35 minutes long, and it’s the most powerful documentary I’ve ever seen, and I’ve seen a lot of documentaries.

Incredible

Watch Fire in paradise. If you don’t say Holy Mackeral when you see what those people lived through, you need to re-evaluate what you call danger LOL

There are fires in Wyoming too, and people are losing their structures too. Do you hear about that? No, because it's not California. California Calischmornia

Don't forget about the fires in Montana that no one hears about either . Not that long ago close to 500,000 acres burned up in Montana with countless families getting burned out a total loss and nothing was said on the national news networks.

This photo was taken in Wyoming on Saturday on interstate 80 of a wildfire. Not the best picture but you can see the smoke.

Sounds interesting. I'm done with Netflix.
This Old House showed a few episodes of them fixing up people's houses. The show's were mor documentary than their typical format

fires in wy small time compared to north west only major fires in my life have been the fires of 1988 and even then few homes lost. Smokey the Bear needed to talk about let burn policy now going into effect in many areas. Problem is in California and other place people are building homes in tinder boxes and the vegetation has changed and things get worse. I dont have a lot of symapthy for folks that continue to live in a tinder box or flood prone area like New Orleans. I guess if you feel lucky and want to roll the dice go for it but sooner or later craps dice come out. If you buy insurance we all pay for it though cause they spread it out. When uncle Sam bails them out we pay for it. Sooner or later we will find out we can't control nature and a lot of our planning and best endeavors fail.
