I am a life long logger, trapper and hunter. All 3 controversial subjects. I have dealt with antis my whole life. On all 3. Some you can have a reasonable conversation with. Some you can't. I'll tell one thing I've learned. If you allow your emotions to dictate your end. You are in trouble. Like poking a stick in a hornet's nest. Don't do it again.

Everyone has their own learning curve on hornets. I know a gal that was deer hunting and found a huge hornets nest and she wanted it. Simple, just wait til freezing weather and go get. Well it got about 20 degrees and she clumb the tree and got it. Put it the back seat and kept the heater going for the 30 min ride home, she was cold. Got home and went to get the thing and hornets was every where in that back seat. She had to wait til the next morning after they cooled off to not only get the nest but her car too.

Yep anti's are like all other hassles in life, learn to pick your fights.

One thing i know for sure is when i drive pickup into the bigger cities and people are hanging around it, you never know what to expect.
I've had good and bad , but still more good than bad.
Some people just want to b.s. about trapping and fur stuff.
Close call about 10 years ago i had a security guard standing by old white and he saved someone from keying in killer on the door lol all they got was the k started.
The hutterites are my favor, i buy and trade alot with them.
They sure have alot of used traps,
