Maybe it's to teach folks to pick the battles they can win, see that ones they can't, and not paint ourselves in a light that helps those who oppose our views? ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ This. We won't change any minds but we might learn how to better approach a situation where we are allowed to present our side of the discussion. It's that you comrade? Lol

Is pcr banned or did he quit of his own volition? Both. He first asked to be removed then resorted to ineffable disrespect towards Paul and his dad. That earned him a one-way ticket with no chance for parole.

And what exactly is the lesson? Trappers are for trapping and antis are against it? Nobody is changing so what's the point? I see no exchange of ideas except trappers bad antis bad . Depending on your side of the fence. So the point of this is? There is no point.

Someone may have an underlying health problem that's making them crabby. Not sure who it is. I knew a guy once that got crabby all of a sudden, then he had a heart attack and died.

I'm prolly gonna say more than I should, but I feel like I know Mark (pcr) better than a. lot of you do. I know he has had some mental issues for years, and this forum was like. his extended family. He pm'd me the morning before, and you could tell he was not his normal self. That deal of letting a known anti on the forum really put him in a tailspin, and I didn't see any posts the rest of that day. The batman deal is an affront for him to tell people he is a bit off, without getting into the nuts and bolts of his issues. I for one am a bit worried for him at this point, because depression is a serious thing, and I can only hope he can weather this. I will keep him in my prayers, I just wish there was a way to right this ship!

Maybe if he apologizes to Paul for his disrespectful remarks he could get back on.

I remember a post at one time where he mentioned his issues, and it was the first thing I thought of when I saw his remarks.
