It could be done wholesale, regionally too. Remember, every voting district has a record of how it tends to vote. It's just a matter of matching the districts with the zip codes and figuring out which post offices need to "lose" the most ballots. You could even do the math and figure out, based on voting records, HOW MANY ballots each PO needs to lose to swing an election your way. An election could be stolen very effectively. And don't think I'm the first person to think of this....

Each state decides whether to allow vote-by-mail. You don't like what your state's doing, vote 'em out of office. Don't like what some other state allows, go live there and vote 'em out.

James, if a district has a significantly low ballot return, it will raise red flags and get investigated but it can swing declarations on election night. Press declarations and concessions carry some weight. It only gets contested if there is enough suspicion to warrant it. And contesting an election result carries political ramifications of its own.

But I'm not talking about dumping the ballots of a whole district; I'm talking about skimming enough ballots of known affiliation to tip the initial count. That's all it takes.

Maybe the risk isn't as great as I think. I haven't drawn out a model to test it. But it seems like a possibility to me.

I have had no less than 4-5 times communication from the state election board to fill out the "APPLICATION", to get a ballot.

They are not supposed to send out a "BALLOT", unless it was requested by mail or given to the township supervisor.

So if the Democrat's are sending out ballots, even when not requested, they should end up in jail.
