They had ups show up to my house the next day and slapped a label on the box and it was sent back 2 weeks later fixed and with a note of what was done. Couldnt have asked for it to be any easier.

K52 trapper K Joined: Feb 2011 Posts: 2,054 SE Kansas	Savage is great. My buddy had a rear sight part come loose and was lost. I called Savage to see about ordering the part and they took my name and address and a complete rear sight came in a little over a week.No charge at all.

~ADC~ The Count Joined: Jun 2010 Posts: 16,375 Iowa	I have a couple Henry's but I don't for the life of me see how I'll ever need any customer service on them. Great solid guns. Good to hear they are good if I needed them. CZ, I used customer service once and they were great. Quickly sent me the replacement part free even though it was totally my fault it got broken. BCA were fast to attempt to fix feeding issues with my .350 Legend upper, but unfortunately it took a second try and then a replacement to get the issue resolved but they did it no charge. So customer service seems good but varying quality may make it harder for me to deal with them in the future.

Rock Island Armory was good to deal with the one time I needed to send one in. their customer service is in Nevada America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.
