Mark, how did yesterday go? Darn C-19 got in the way of travel logistics so we watched a bunch of it yesterday on YouTube. It was very, very well attended for a Covid time such as this. My brother from NC, who was there, said the crowd really cheered when a message from President Trump was read. I was quite disappointed to see that none of the major news outlets mentioned about the National Mall being filled with the nations' religious... right in front of the nation's capital. All ages. All colors too. I wonder, if riots would have broken out, would they have brought us that news? We live in a great land of historic individual liberty. Of that there can be no worthy debate. For the states that I deal with, Nebraska is the only one that calls its environmental division DEQ. Here in Iowa its just a division of the DNR. Stuff like gas station leaks and hog confinment spills will be covered by your DEQ. Big cleanup projects that receive federal funding are usually headed by EPA. It's been merge with the Department of Energy. I fill out forms every week for sending in sample at the plant I work at. It is now the Department of Environmental and Energy....NDEE. Kinda funny, when they show up every now and then their vehicles still have NDEQ stickers on the sides. In the past the federal EPA people have showed up with the state NDEE personal, once in a blue moon, to inform us of what they (EPA) can over rule on the NDEE rules. The proposed regulations before Trump were gonna be costly to implement. When elected many were put on the backburner... gave the people some breathing room. Time will tell what's next as far a regulations ! Remember "Forbidden Fruit makes many Jams"
