Put in some mock dirt holes and put cameras on them. During the night I'm am seeing up to 8 or more videos of fox checking out the holes after the first one takes the bait, or even several yotes checking out the hole will that lone canine come back to check the hole or can I believe that there are more canines in the area than I thought.

It's possible that it's the same one or several. Hard to tell unless you can get good enough pics. I've had them return later to check it out again.

Whatever you put in the holes seems to have return customers. Must be good stuff

I don't prebait coyotes because they can get a bit bored. Carcass piles are the exception.

pour some fryer grease in holes at good locations to check what I have to work with and to create a spot they spend time at.. They come back after its all dug out to pee on an object..

I can attest to that! Thought for sure I had a real honey hole last year by pre baiting but had zero activity by the time season opened.

Coyotes can change their diets though through out the season is my belief. By the time the season started something in your area might have changed. Agriculture is a big changer in this area.
