Gary Benson trapper G Joined: Dec 2006 Posts: 21,716 Sandhills Nebraska	When I was in Basic Training, we watched a .50 cal with tracer ammo shooting at a target 900 yards downrange. Not a tight group, but I sure as heck wouldn't want to be anywhere near. Life ain't supposed to be easy.

Ended up going to Ft Rucker to retire. NG couldn't figure out how to do an active duty retirement. Deployed the end of 04 and spent 05 infantry 155th combat brigade. Got to experience many things in the Army though I was only in it for 18 months. Served the rest of my time in the Navy. Got looked at funny wearing a CIB over a SURFACE WARFARE badge. "Skin that smokewagon and see what happens"
